NOTE ON USER REGISTRATION
pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 Personal data protection code

ACCADEMIA ITALIANA (trademark owned by Gino Moschetti) is careful to respect the Privacy of its customers and the visitors to the Website. Therefore, before providing your data, please read the following information which explains who we are, why we are collecting your data and how we will use them. It will also remind you of your rights.
Note: If you are a child, you must request your parent’s permission to register.

A) DATA CONTROLLER:
Gino Moschetti with legal office and administrative headquarters in Milano (MI), via Triboniano no.103, owner of brand ACCADEMIA ITALIANA (hereinafter “ACCADEMIA ITALIANA”), is the Data Controller; indeed it is the company that collects and processes your personal data and, pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, “Personal data protection code” (hereinafter the “Code”), it provides you with the following information.

B) PURPOSES OF DATA COLLECTION:
The data you will submit to us when filling in the following electronic form will be used to:
(1) allow you to register on the ACCADEMIA ITALIANA Website www.accademiaitalianastyle.com;
(2) allow you to proceed in purchasing products, fulfill your obligations and exercise the rights which derive from the finalised contract;
(3) fulfil your legal obligations and those deriving from regulations and European community laws in relation to tax or accounting (invoicing, book and record keeping).

C) MANDATORY DATA AND OPTIONAL DATA:
Please fill in this form providing all the data requested as “compulsory” (*) as they are essential for the completion and shipment of your purchases; should these be omitted or only partially filled in, it will not be possible to complete the registration and proceed with the purchase. Failing to provide the data marked as “optional”will not generate any implications.

D) YOUR CONSENT:
In order to learn about your preferences and consumer habits, so improving the ACCADEMIA ITALIANA Website and our range of goods (purpose no.4), contact you and send you advertising or sales material (purposes no.5 and 6), we need your explicit consent. Should you not wish to grant this, you can still complete your order on the Website and access the areas reserved for registered users.

E) HOW WE PROCESS YOUR DATA:
Your data will be processed in compliance with the legislation in force and, in any case, in a way that ensures it remains safe, confidential and prevents its unauthorised dissemination or use, falsificaton or destruction. Your data will be processed by computerised means to manage your purchases, organise the shipment and invoicing of the same, as well as manage the services reserved for registered users and requested by you.
Your data can be communicated to credit institutes (in relation to the management of the payment of your purchases).

F) YOUR RIGHTS:
By sending an email to ACCADEMIA ITALIANA at the address: shop@accademiaitalianastyle.com, you can exercise your rights as per Article 7 of the Code and:
1) obtain, without delay, confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you exists
2) obtain:
2a) information on the source of the personal data, the purposes and methods of the processing, the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means, the identification data concerning the data controller, data processors and the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and to whose knowledge said data may come, in their capacity as data processors or persons in charge of the processing; have the data updated, amended or integrated, should you so wish;
2b) obtain the erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully

The Data Supervisor appointed is Gino Moschetti. Details an updated list of the other data processors is available upon request, to be sent according to the terms specified in letter f) above.
